Photostory Friday: Siblings

PhotoStory Friday
Hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek

Siblings
These two are brother and sister.

They have a 10 year age gap.

Yet they still play together and seem to have loads of fun.

The Boy may be pestered sometimes, have his room trashed,
and have look after Peanut Butter a bit but,

they seem to genuinely love each other.

These two also have different Moms and different "homes." This fall has been hard on Peanut Butter since we rarely see The Boy during the week and then we have every other weekend. She asks for him almost everyday and I have to tell her, no he won't be here today. She doesn't quite understand the whole dynamic yet. She gets so excited when he comes in the house. I know The Boy doesn't quite get how much she missed him. It's hard being siblings sometimes. Hopefully after football is over we will be seeing him more after school.

we are thinking of having another baby and I wonder how my son will be with the baby - he will be 7 by then or perhaps older - we don't know. Looks good right??

Those are wonderful pictures. Very touching. They remind me of my son and his little sister. I love to watch them together.

Your photos this week are wonderful Robyn! What a great pair of kids you have!

Isaac and Evie are nine years apart and I was just commenting the other day to a friend how they seem so connected. I love to watch how patient he is and how star struck she seems to be. :)

Awe, how sweet is that...your little girl is going to have a grown up protector.

Here's hoping that football ends soon and you get to see the Boy more often.

What an awesome big brother! Oh I wish she could see him more too! It's so hard when we can't give them what they what--especially when it's something so neat like her older bro. to play with.
Fabulous pics-they look like best friends!

Big brothers are the best. I never had one but I had a cousin that was just like an older brother. Even though I wasn't always around him I looked up to him so much. And he's always looked out for me even when he was busy doing his thing. What an amazing gift for them to have each other. :) Love your PSF!
