My hubby is like that and it is SO frustrating to me to have to watch so carefully what I eat and what I do. Grrr. <br /><br />I know what you mean about Jillian being irritating sometimes. I agree. ;)<br /><br />The thing with running is that you have to eat properly to do it well. If you are not eating enough you won't have the energy for it.
